The Artist's Journey: Richard at Lots Of Paint

Richard's path to founding Lots Of Paint is a testament to the idea that it's never too late to reclaim a passion. For nearly two decades, he navigated the demanding world of corporate life, dedicating the majority of that time to the high-stakes ad-tech industry. This experience equipped him with a deep understanding of the ad-tech industry, an expertise he still offers for consultation.

However, a series of profound personal losses in 2023 and 2025 led to a period of deep introspection. The vibrancy returned not in a boardroom, but at home, where his two-year-old son discovered colors and paints. Watching his son joyfully engage with color reignited the artistic spark Richard had suppressed.

A self-taught artist whose talent was recognized from a young age, Richard realized that painting had always been his way to recenter and express himself. He made the pivotal decision to leave the corporate world behind and dedicate himself fully to his art, founding Lots Of Paint!
