Framing & Canvas: Professional framing is only provided for pastel artworks to ensure their protection. Acrylic "Grand Statement" portraits are delivered as high-quality stretched canvases with finished edges, ready to hang.
Soft Pastel Nature: Soft pastel is a delicate medium. While these works are framed for protection, they can be easily smudged or damaged if the frame is opened or mishandled. The artist is not responsible for any damage occurring after the artwork has been delivered in good condition.
Artistic Interpretation: A commission is a bespoke artistic interpretation, not a literal digital recreation. By commissioning a piece, the client accepts the artist’s unique style and creative judgment.
Reference Photos: Final detail is dependent on the quality of the reference photo provided. Low-resolution photos may result in a more "painterly" or impressionistic finish.

Bookings & Payment: All Paint Party bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure the date and materials.
Artist’s Right to Cancel: The company reserves the right to cancel a booking at any point due to unforeseeable reasons (e.g., illness, emergency, or force majeure). In such cases, a full refund or a rescheduled date will be offered.
Liability for Damages: The artist provides aprons; however, acrylic paint is permanent once dry. The artist and venue are not responsible for any paint damage to personal clothing, shoes, or accessories belonging to participants.
Venue & Furniture: For events at private residences or client-selected venues, the client is responsible for protecting floors and furniture. The artist is not liable for accidental spills on the premises.
Participant Conduct: In accordance with UAE law, participants must adhere to venue policies. The artist reserves the right to remove any guest exhibiting disruptive or unsafe behavior without a refund.
Client Cancellations: If the client cancels within 48 hours of the event, the full payment is non-refundable due to the cost of pre-purchased supplies and arrangements.

Cultural Sensitivity: In compliance with UAE regulations, the artist reserves the right to decline any request or content that is politically sensitive, religiously offensive, or violates local modesty norms.
Right to Cancel: The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission or service at any time. In the event of an artist-led cancellation, refund terms will be assessed based on the project's current progress or the specific service agreement.
Copyright & Privacy: The artist retains all reproduction rights and copyright for promotional use (social media/portfolio). For an exclusive, private commission or event, a Privacy Fee (NDA) applies.
